"an authentic icon of Saint Andrew and Saint Alexander". If, as appears to be the case, you want one icon showing both Saints together, that may be rather a tall order - you might do best to have one painted and then have prints of it made yourself with some sort of explanation of the combination. I'm assuming that you mean Saint Andrew the First-called Apostle, not Saint Andrew of Crete or someone else. Which Saint Alexander you have in mind, I won't even attempt to guess.

If on the other hand you want two separate icon-prints, I'ld be inclined to give the bookshop at Jordanville a try. They can certainly supply an icon of Saint Andrew, and icon of Saint Alexander Nevsky. Seems to me that there is also a Saint Alexander of Svir and so on.
