I would offer a thought on the 1977, "New Oxford Annotated Bible (NOAB) RSV." Care should be taken on some of the notes. Most glaring is the note on John 6: 60-64. "Jesus has been speaking of spiritual realities, not the actual eating of His flesh". (page 1296).
There may be others but this one caught my eye right off the bat.

You have a good point, here, Silouan. IT also seems to take for granted Protestant positions on issues such as justification. But is a reasonably sound, ecumenical study Bible, which features a moderate use of historical-criticism. If I want an Orthodox perspective, I use my Orthodox Study Bible.

The RSV translation is a good benefit, and I like that it has 4th Maccabees.
