Does anyone know if there is Byzantine rite service to St Benedict of Nursia?

Sure! Check out the Menaion for March 14th. If you can't find it, email me and I'll send it to you: Typkonchik@AOL.com.

St. John of Kronstadt Press has a nice booklet available. Here is the description from their website http://www.sjkp.org:

St. Benedict of Nursia: Life, Service, Akathist & Rule
trans. Isaac Lambertsen
Too few are aware of the rich Orthodox tradition of the Latin-speaking West, prior to the fall of Rome into heresy. The life of St. Benedict, founder of the Benedictine monastic tradition in the West, is truly that of an Orthodox saint, and finds a place in the great Menology of St. Dimitry, from which it is here translated. The service and akathist hymn in his honor provide eloquent testimony to his place in the life of the Orthodox Church. The volume is completed by the Rule [the "standard" translation from the Latin published by the Roman Catholic Order of St. Benedict] -- his written legacy to all of us.
Item# 2038. (DC: X) Saddle-stitched. $6.00.

While this description may include some gratuitous Rome-bashing, the booklet does not, as far as I recall. wink
