Is there a St Bradley?
Alex Brother Alex, Actually my full name is Bradford. My father was a big fan of the American actor Bradford Dillman. My middle name is John given to me at my baptism after both my Grandfathers and John the Baptist. At confirmation I took the name Andrew. How ironic of the name Andrew. Brother of Simon, 1st Patriarch of Constantinople, truly an Eastern Saint. Perhaps the Holy Spirit was trying to tell me something at my Confirmation. Brad

Dear Bradley,
According to King Robert the Bruce's "Declaration of Ardbroath" the Scots originated in . . . Scythia.
And "Scottia" and "Scythia" are a play on the same root name . . .
And that is why St Andrew is the patron of BOTH Scotland and Ukraine . . .

Alex Alex, I believe it's the Declaration of Arbroath (no d). You may be confusing that with the Islay malt whisky "Ardbeg" The Declaration was actually written to the Pope on 6th April 1320.

Alex, Has your wife got strings tied to your ankle to hold you to the ground? Make sure you frame the picture with the prominance so your family will have it. Besides that the ink might smudge but they are really good at cutting out stamps that look like signatures now I am sure Pope Benedict was delighted. Wow just think you got to see the Pope JPII on his last visit to this part of the world. You might get to see Pope Benedict on his firt visit to this part of the world. Y'all, Aside from this, at a conference over the weekend the Bishop of Birmingham spoke. He made several statements in regards to Pope Benedicts steadfastness and determination. But, he also remarked that in 2,000 years we have never had a pope as well educated or trained as Pope Benedict. No one has ever had his expertise in the total functioning of the Church - liturgy, business or doctrine - or the Vatican as he has. So the Bishops have a very expectant faith that the desires of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit will be heard and acted upon. Pani Rose

Dear Brad,
Probably . . .
And yes, I know it's April 6th.
I also worked on a private member's bill that has declared April 6th "Tartan Day" in Ontario!
