There used to be a series "Light of the East" featured on EWTN and from time to time EWTN shows documentaries of a particular eastern rite church, other than that, the network has not really highlighted the Eastern Lung of the Church. Lately since EWTN has been highlighting the Extraordinary Form of the Roman Rite, Eastern Catholics should petition their rites and liturgies to be highlighted as well

I had thought they were going to bring a new version of that show back, but when I emailed EWTN they didn't respond.

The priest that did Light of the East is my priest. Father Michael is going to shot a new episode soon. I will ask him the details the next time I talk to him.
