Does anyone know whether there is an English translation of the entire, or most of, the Slavic or Greek typikon as used in the Orthodox Church ? I'd like to knwo if one was ever done even if it was in the 18th century and only a 100 copies were made.

I'm not very good at distinguishing between typicons - it would be best if I could get one that is used currently either by either the EP or the MP. The Slavic typikon would be more useful than the Greek one.

I'm also interested in the more historical versions like the 1838 and 1888 versions of the Great Church.

The trouble with translating the Typicon is that it contains copious references to the service-books, and thus there is no point to the exercise until there is an agreed set of translations of the service books. As it is now, we can't even use page references.

Very true. And if you read the typika in Greek (or also in Arabic, in the Melkite case), prayers are referenced by the first two or three words, not by title or type (e.g. "From my youth", which is from the anavathmoi of tone 4 on Sunday).

Some of the theotokia sound very similar in Greek, for example, and it can be confusing working out, which one is intended. You really need to know your prayers very well!

The old typikia tried to save typing costs and shortened all such references, I presume.
