Slava Isusu Christu!

Some on this forum may be interested (or not) whether I am still in the OCA. I have come back into the Catholic Church for personal reasons. Over the years I have matured and grown in my faith and since I cannot hold both Churches within myself--I have chosen the Eastern Catholic Church. If you look at my previous posts you can note this struggle--it even got me kicked off here for a while--my pride and arrogance was out there.

I have been back in the Catholic Church for a couple years now and am happy. For those who don't know the backstory. I started out Byzantine-Ruthenian Catholic went into Orthodoxy (OCA) and came back to the Ruthenian Church. Somewhere in between there I espoused many different opinions on everything to liturgy translations to ecclesiology to church contraversy. I am grateful I have moderated a bit over these past couple years. Right now I am grateful for my faith and pray for unity, hoping again someday that we will see external and greater internal unity of the Apostolic Churches. I know I am not the only one who has experienced confusion of doubts, but I pray for the Spirit of Truth to always guide me. I pray one day, in heaven so on earth. I can't wait to get up there and see Pope Paul VI and Patriarch Athenagoras having tea--I'll have a few questions for them wink

Robert,

My prayer is joined with yours that "we may be one" and this scandal of division ends.
