In his book "In the Image and Likeness of God", link here [books.google.com], Vladimir Lossky makes two essential points about the schism in chapter 4.

1. The question of the procession of the Holy Spirit was the sole dogmatic grounds for the schism.

2. Most (or all) of the arguments since then have been about ecclesiology.

Does that seem reasonably accurate?

What are the other arguments since then? I can think of two, and others may supply the list.

I think the argument about papal infallibility certainly qualifies as a question of ecclesiology.

I have also heard arguments about the Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary, which I understand is denied by some (all?) Orthodox.

Indeed it is. If you want a brilliant explication of how the acceptance of the filioque heavily influenced the developement of Western ecclesiology, get hold of "The Greek East and the Latin West" by Philip Sherrard
