Prayers, dear Chris, that God will help you ace that interview on Friday!

Through the intercessions of blessed St. Xenia of Petersburg,
Alice

Interview could have gone either way. There were two ladies interviewing me. One was a Criminal Justice professional with the same degree I have--she knew one of my ex professors and my ex boss in fact (she is one of the overseers of the whole program), and one was a clinician. I really thought that the interview went splendidly (it was almost an hour long), and we really were having a great conversation--until maybe the last minute of the interview when the clinician said that I lacked some of the "clinician" skills needed for the job--which is basically administering medication..............I felt like she was disqualifying me on the spot. It could go either way--I dunno.

An update...

Many of these non-profit organizations I've been applying to do NOT insure employees who are driving clients in their personal vehicle (which is often a job requirement), thus--barring an intelligent person from accepting such job because they have too much to lose in a potential accident w/a client.

I have had this affect three interviews so far, and feel like I'm going to go berserk.

Chris,

When I commented on your related thread, I hadn't seen this, which puts a somewhat opposite spin to the matter than what I had been thinking. My prayers for resolution of this concern and success in the job market.

Many years,

Neil

Lord of the Powers be with us, for in times of distress we have no other help but You.
Lord of the Powers, have mercy on Chris.
Almighty God, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort, come to his help and deliver him from this difficulty that besets him.
