On the website of Ukrainian Greek-Catholic Church Parish in Lublin (Poland) there are very interesting recordings (MP3) of Byzantine Divine Liturgy (sung in Ukarinian) and Weczirnia/Utrenia (Matins/Vespers - sung in Church Slavonic with Ukrainian pronunciation). Divine Liturgy [ grekat.stalwol.pl] Weczirnia i Utrenia [ grekat.stalwol.pl] I come from Poland and I'm a Roman Catholic and I'm interested in Eastern Catholic Churches. Sorry for my poor English, but I'm still learning this language.

Ah, yes - the wonderful singing of the monks of the Holy Dormition Lavra in Univ, Ukraine.  They have also produced a CD of music from the Great Fast, entitled "Обятія отча" (Embrace of the Father). I sincerely hope they release a few more recordings.
