He is going to the Cleveland Clinic for inflamitory arteries surgery.
He is almost 80 years old and this surgery is very high risk. He is going in on Tuesday and is so at peace with it. He is such a loving and wise priest that he deserves the support and prayers of all the Byzantine community. He has touched many around the country over his years of service.

Prayers that the good priest, Father Bob's, operation will go without incident, and that he will recover quickly and completely. May God's hand guide the surgeons. Amen.

Thanks for this info. Fr. Karl has played a large role in my life, having founded our beloved St. Basil the Great parish in Irving, Tx. & having held my father's funeral in 1990.It's an honor to have the responsibility to pray for his complete recovery and general well-being.

He speaks very kindly about his venture in Irving, TX. May God grant him many more years. What he has done for Sts Peter and Paul in Warren, Ohio is just short of a miracle. He is a very talented man. Thanks for this info. Fr. He came out of surgery OK Tuesday and is being kept in ICU. Yesterday, he started breathing on his own and is improving daily.
God is Great!
