Google has marked byzcath as containing malware. Malware was uploaded to the main website. It could be only seen from certain browsers where the security was set to normal levels. It was not infectious unless you clicked on it and went to another website. The malware (a single line of code adding a link to pages) was removed immediately.

Google, upon seeing the malware, marked the entire site as containing malware. None was detected on the Forum and a rescan shows the entire site is clean.

Right now we are waiting for Google to remove their designation of byzcath.org as containing malware. From their instructions this may take anywhere from 0-72 hours. It then may take more time for the browser companies (like Safari, Firefox, Internet Explorer, Chrome, etc.) to learn that Google has removed the designation.

In the meantime, you might be able to add byzcath to your safe browsing list. I can't provide directions as each browser is different.

I’m noting this here since I have received so many e-mails overnight that I cannot respond to them all.

Thanks!
