Hieromonk Ambrose Member Joined: Mar 2006 Posts: 1,505 New Zealand	The Bulgarian bishops were not happy with these words from their brother bishop, and particularly since they have removed themselves from the International Catholic-Orthodox Dialogue and were at neither Cyprus nor Ravenna. Bishop Tikhon was censured by the Bulgarian Church for these words and he was moved out of Western Europe and into another diocese.
