Where can I find a detailed list of the various changes made to the Byzantine Rite (including the Date the change was made, and the reason for making the change)?

To get a truly clear answer, you'd need a particular church's liturgical history, not the entire Byzantine Rite's, since there are many subtle and small differences that have come in (and often, gone back out) over time in various particular churches.

Often a change in one is mirrored later in others.

I am interested in the liturgical history of the churches of Jerusalem, Antioch, Alexandria, Georgia, Armenia, Albania, Greece, and Russia. But primarily Antioch, Armenia, and Russia.
