On behalf of a friend and fellow-parishioner,I ask prayers for Mary and her family. Mary is ninety-one, afflicted with Altzheimers and many other severe ailments, including kidey failure and colon cancer. Her doctors seem determined to keep her alive and suffering in spite of the wishes of her family. Pray that God, thought the prayers of the Most Holy Theotokos, may soon release Mary from her these and receive her into His Heavenly Kingdom, forgiving all her sins.

I have just learned that Mary reposed in the Lord this afternoon. The problems with the medical people had been resolved.
For which God be praised and thanked.
Vyechnaya pamyat.

May the memory of Mary be eternal.
How loved she must have been by her 'name sake' to have been taken home to meet Jesus on the feast of the Immaculate Conception and the eve of the Conception of St. Anne
