This also maybe of interest to some. St. Clement's Church in Philly is a "nose-bleed" high Anglo Catholic parish that keeps the mass, in English, in it's pre-Vatican II form. Much ritual that the Roman Church has discarded is carefully and faithfully kept here. The have a wonderful choir as well.

The Roman Church hasn't [wholly] discarded these rituals; and it's growing by the day.

True Alexis, but they also use the missal, pre the reforms of Pius XII by Bugnini, with his promulgation of Cum hac nostra aetate and Maxima Redemptionis. So even with the opening up of the 1962 missal for more liberal use by Benedict XVI, St. Clement's does retain more old ritual. It's not a tit for tat, just a fact.

John,

That is certainly true! When you're right, you're right.
