Dear friends: I am just recovering from Shingles..not contagious any more, and asking for prayers that they don't come back. I will be able to get the vaccine about 30 days after they clear up. Otherwise I have been in really good health (for my age, 72) lately having lost 10 lbs and walking 30 minutes a day. Even jog a little and always watch what I eat carefully. And much more active in church and other activities(keeping up with my grand children) Thanks be to God and thanks for your anticipated prayers for restoration of good health..soon.

Prayers for our dear sister and friend, Mary Jo, that this miserable disease not return and that she continue in good health and be granted many years
