Is there anywhere in the world where the Old Russian rite is celebrated in the Catholic Church?

Yes: in Russia. The Old Rite is also used by Greek-Catholics elsewhere on an occasional basis.

The most famous Old Rite Russian Catholic is the Servant of God Father Potapii Emelianov. While imprisoned in the GULAG, Father Potapii informed the NKVD, "In this place I have become an even more convince Catholic and nothing can shake me." He later died during the construction of Stalin's infamous White Sea Canal. The cause for his Beatification was opened in 2003.
