The doctors told my wife's Godfather Michael that his cancer had basically taken over his body, and that he only had weeks left on this earth. Unfortunately, today Michael ended his own life. I sincerely ask for prayers for his soul, as well as for those he left behind, incl. his wife, 3 children, 2 grandchildren, 2 brothers and 1 sister, and many others, that they not lose their faith in our God. Thank you!

Remember only God knows.
Bless, O God of eternal life,
all who have died
by their own hand.
Grant them peace
from their inner turmoil
and the compassion of your love.
Comfort those who mourn
their loved ones.
Strengthen them to face the questions of pain,
the guilt and anger,
the irreparable loss.

to others who prefer death
to the choices of life

Prayers for God's mercy on His servant Michael. May his memory be eternal and may the Lord receive him to a place without pain or suffering, but only life everlasting. Prayers also his bereaved family and his Goddaughter, the wife of our brother.
