In a few hours, I'm going to the hospital for a c-section. I feel I'm being coerced into this surgery and it is not what I want (and not necessarily in my best interest or that of my child). I'm having a very difficult time with this and really struggling to accept this as the will of God. I would appreciate prayers for my unborn child, for my four other children, and for my own peace and healing.

May the blessed Mother of God be with you, dear Elizabeth. May all go well for both you and the baby...God bless you and comfort you and I pray for whatever is best for you and your family. Amen.

In Christ,
Alice

** P.S. --I put the explanation point to bring attention to this request, and I am sure that as soon as others see it, they will join me in prayer for your timely situation. God bless....

Prayers for our sister, Elizabeth, in the course of giving birth to her child, that they both emerge healthy and that God grant them many years in loving, tender embrace. Prayers, also, for her family and, particularly, her other children.

Thank you all for your prayers. Damian Theodore arrived Monday as scheduled and we are both doing well. If all goes according to plan, we will be going home from the hospital tomorrow.
