I'm not familiar with the The Anthology for Worship but Dr. Stephen Kouri offers another in depth teaching in Glory to Thee A Chanter's Workshop [ancientfaith.com] on Ancient Faith Radio, with both the audio and pdf notes.

Very well done, for those familiar with the Ruthenian/Rusin Prostopenije, by going through the tones you can see the clear common roots of both the Galician and Rusyn chants and how they evolved in different ways over the centuries.
