My sister Becky has been fighting cancer for more than 2 years now. She was hospitalized on the weekend with what they thought was pneumonia, but has turned out to be cancer of such proportions as to have collapsed one lung entirely and riddled the other one hopelessly. She is being sent home tomorrow because, medically, there is nothing left to do. Of your charity, please pray for her, her husband Greg, and their three small children Lilly, Carly, and Isaac; and for all of us.

support us all the day long of this troubled life,

Prayers for Becky, that she not suffer in these final hours and that the Lord welcome His handmaiden to a place where there is neither pain nor suffering, neither grief nor sighing, but only life everlasting.
Prayers for the comforting of her beloved husband, Greg, and their children, Lilly, Carly, and Isaac; prayers also for the comforting of our brother and friend, Adam, and all the others of her family, who have loved her in life and will love her in death, waiting for reunion with her in the life hereafter.
