Lord have mercy on Becky,her husband and children, and on our dear brother in Christ, Adam.
My humble prayers are with all of you at this frightening and sorrowful time.

Our lives are in God's hands: a good place to be.

Who knows? perhaps I will pass from this life before Becky. I am looking at a 56 mile round-trip today on dangerous freeways...

In the meantime may she (and all of us) have a Christian, unashamed and peaceful end to our lives on earth, and a good account before the awesome judgement-seat of Christ.

May all who mourn and are filled with sorrow and anguish be at peace.

Prayer of St. John of Kronstadt

O All-merciful Lord! Grant me the divine gift of holy prayer,
flowing from the depth of my heart.
Gather together the dispersed thoughts of my mind,
that it may always strive towards its Creator and Savior.
Destroy the burning arrows of the evil one,
which tear me away from Thee.
Quench the flame of the passionate thoughts
that devour me during prayer.
Cover me with the grace of Thy Most-holy Spirit,
that to the very end of my sinful life
I may love Thee alone with all my heart,
all my soul and mind, and all my strength,
and in the hour when my soul takes leave of my mortal body,
O Sweetest Jesus, take into Thy hands my spirit
when Thou comest into Thy Kingdom. Amen.

Prayers for Becky that she may be forgiven all her sins and welcomed into the arms of Jesus Christ.

Prayers for her family remaining here who are surely suffering greatly, for their strength, faith, and consolation.

Thank you to all of you who prayed. Becky died in the early morning hours of the Lord's day, Sunday July 10, at home, with her family. Your prayers will continue to be great appreciated for her soul, and for her husband and three young children who mourn her, as do the rest of our family, and her many devoted friends.

May the angels lead her into Paradise;
may the martyrs receive her
and lead her into the holy city, Jerusalem;
and with Lazarus, who was once poor,
may she have everlasting life.

And may God wipe every tear from every eye and change all mourning into dancing.

May her memory be eternal.
