Greetings fellow Catholics :)

I'm a Roman version but don't hold that against me.

A friend of mine on christianforums.com, Anhelyna, invited me to take a look in here a while back so I took her up on it.

Embarassingly I admit that I never knew you guys existed. In fsct I remember asking her if Ukranian Greek Catholic was another term for Orthodox :blush

In my defence I've been tiec up with our own internal traumas and never looked East and I now realise there's ahuge chunk of history that I've ignored and am starting to get my teeth into.

Anyway I'm rambling now. Thank you for having me and I may have some questions for you every now and then...

Welcome to the board!

One of our regular posters here is Fr. Serge who serves an Eastern Catholic parish in Dublin. Here's info for his parish. I believe it's up to date:

You've got Ukrainian Greek Catholics right in Dublin. Go visit them some Sunday.

Welcome to the forum. Any friend of Anhelyna's is sure to become a friend of ours.

Many years,

Neil

Shlomo (Peace to you) S.ilvio,

If you are able to get to London, there are parishes of the Antiochene Tradition (Maronite, Chaldean, Syro-Malabar and Syro-Malankara), Alexandrian (Coptic and Ethiopian) and Cappadocian (Armenian) as well as Byzantine.

Welcome and feel free to ask questions.

Fush BaShlomo,
Yuhannon
