The only person who comes to mind right now (and this is NOT an endorsement, because I've met her exactly ONCE, but you might see if she meets your criteria) might be the holy monastic woman who lives at St. Mary of Egypt Skete. She's Greek Orthodox, and she is Mother Theo-something. (Please to excuse Non-Greek speaking memory like rusty sieve.)
It's a fairly recent foundation, so if it's not in t'phone book, you could try Information.
