Dear Friends in the PGH area:

Just a reminder that tonight and tomorrow we will have our St. George's Parish Lenten Mission.

Tonight, March 21st, we will begin at 6:30 p.m. wit the celebration of the Great Canon of St. Andrew of Crete (50 minutes). Following this Penitential Service we will have Lenten refreshments (soup, veggies and fruit) and then Dr. Sandra Collins of the Byzantine Catholic Seminary will have in our Church hall a presentation entitled “The Woman at the Well”.

On Thursday evening, March 22nd, we will celebrate at 6:30 p.m. the Anointing of the Sick – Holy Unction. (bring a relative or friend who needs this Sacrament) This evening will be led by Fr. Kim Schreck, pastor of Christ the Divine Teacher Parish in Beaver Falls. Fr. Kim will speak to us on “By His Wounds we are Healed”. Then again after the Service we will have Lenten refreshments (we are cooking for you).

Come, receive the Mystery-Sacrament of Confession in preparation for Pascha-Easter. Experience a Lenten service, hear a nice presentation, afterwards enjoy fellowship and Lenten refreshments.

For directions please go to www.saintgeorgepittsburgh.org [saintgeorgepittsburgh.org]

Hope to se you and have a Blessed day!
