Great article! I am always delighted to read -make that hungry to read - examples where our ER Priests (and in my tradition GC Priests), newly minted or otherwise,place an especial value on an intermingling of piousness with an active social/charitable outreach; an actual looking beyond the me and mine of a given parish. And that fact that God brings His calling to the unlikely is always an inspiration to hear, and a sure sign of hopefulness for any of us.

I will have to check and see if they have more articles along the same lines, they do tend to have some very outstanding essays and like you, it is always good to see. I am especially greatful for the increase in vocations in Eastern Europe within the GC church, after what they went through, it indeed is the hand of God that has kept, protected and is increasing their numbers daily!
