I am under doctor's orders to eat steak -- wrapped in bacon. My cholesterol is way too low. Gotta get it up in a suitable range.

Skip meat on Wednesday and Friday. Tonight. Nice cut of steak with some chicken and a baked potato absolutely drowned it butter.

Gotta make 150 on my readings in 6 months!

I tell you, all you have to do is talk food - mention chocolate - and Charles reappears after another hiatus. Good to see a post from you, my friend.

And, while on the subject of chocolate ... Anton didn't interrupt his law studies to make his annual Christmas appearance this year when I restickied his cake recipe. Going to have to message him.

Many years,

Neil
