I would like to show different kind of iconostases of the Russian Orthodox Church. From the Byzantine iconostasis (with one tier of icons) to the tall iconostasis with 5 tiers, which appeared in the XV th century (first in the Cathedral of The Assumption in Moscow Kremlin in 1408-1411).

The last two are almost like a wall instead of iconostasis...but they are all so breathtakingly beautiful.
