The full text is also found in the Lenten Triodion ... I suspect that few parishes use the full set of hymns/prayers.

Holy Transfiguration Monastery in Boston has the most comprehensive translation. With the Byzantine chant in Latin notation. The Lenton Triodion does not, if it is the Mother Mary/ Bp. Kallistos one.

either the Phoenix Eparchy or the Pittsburgh Metropolia has one.
