Is the newly-enthroned Metropolitan obliged to go to Rome to get a pallium from the Pope? Or is that s.t. only Latin metropolitans/archbishops have to do?

If I'm not mistaken, the custom of giving the pallium to the Metropolitan of the BCC ended with Metropolitan Judson of thrice blessed memory. There is some reason that someone else may be able to remember.

Metropolitan Constantine (UOC-USA), Bishop Melchizedek (OCA), and Protopresbyter Frank Miloro (ACROD) were the Orthodox contingent.
