Dear friends I have a job interview on Monday. It is at a University, actually my Alma Mater. It would be a nice pay raise for me and allow me to support my family better. As many of you know I was recently married (in 2010) and we are getting to the point where starting a family is being discussed. So this new job would help with our planning/decision making.
Thanks for the prayers. (only one downside- I have to shave my beard.)
Through the miraculous intercessions of St. Xenia of Petersburg (patron of those seeking employment), I pray that all will go well on Monday and that you will get the job you seek...
I will keep on remembering you in prayer to her through Monday--please ask for her intercessions as well.
Prayers for my brother and friend, Nelson, that this interview be rewarding and successful for him.

Thanks for the prayers! I am about to get ready to head off for the interview! Also, to answer why I had to shave my beard- the university department that I am applying for has a no facial hair policy. So, I am now beardless...
There is a university department that has a no facial hair policy? That wouldn't fly here. This must be a pretty up tight campus. Prayers for your success.
