O God of spirits and of all flesh,
Who have trampled death, and overthrown the devil,
and granted life to Your world;
now, O Lord,
give rest to the soul of Your servant, the priest Sid,
who has fallen asleep,
in a place of light,
a place of green pasture,
a place of refreshment,
whence all pain, sorrow, and sighing have fled away.

O God, as You are good and the Lover of Mankind,
forgive every sin committed by him,
in word or deed or thought,
for there is no man who lives and who does not sin.
For You alone are without sin,
Your righteousness is everlasting righteousness,
and Your word is truth.

For You are the resurrection and the life,
and the repose of Your servant, the priest Sid,
who has fallen asleep, O Christ our God,
and to You we send up glory,
together with Your Father, Who is without beginning,
and Your all-holy, good, and life-creating Spirit,
now and ever, and to the ages of ages.

Amen.

O God of spirits and all flesh, You Who trampled death and overthrew Satan, now, O Lord, give rest to the soul of Your servant, the Priest Sid, in a place of light, a place of green pastures, where there is neither pain nor sighing, neither sorrow nor weeping. O God, as You are good and the Lover of Mankind, forgive every sin committed by him in word or thought or deed, for there is no man who has lived and not sinned, for You alone are without sin and You are the resurrection and life.
For to You we give glory, together with Your Father and Your all-holy, good, and life-giving Spirit, now and always and forever, and unto the ages of ages. Amen.

May his memory be eternal!

May Father Sid's family be comforted in prayerful expectation of being reunited with him in Heaven and may his spiritual family at St Athanasius be comforted in their loss as well.

Eternal memory to this great and wonderful Priest and man Father Sid. We had the awesome pleasure to attend a Divine Liturgy many years ago and he held the first Healing service that I had the chance to attend. His blessings helped my mother in her journey with COPD and I am sure prolonged her life before her recent depose.

May Father Sid sit within the Heavenly beauty of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, and come the final judgement day, be found worthy to enter into His Eternal Kingdom.
