Prayers are requested for Scott,a co-worker.He's been diagnosed with severe heart problems.He is about 40 with 4 children,one just a few months old.He is or was Catholic,don't know his baptismal name.My son,a Reader,was able to give him oil from the tomb of St.John of San Francisco earler today.

May the Lord have mercy and through the intercessions of St. John of San Francisco, may Scott's heart condition be controlled and healed, so that he can continue with his vocation as a father of four, and praising the Lord for His goodness. Amen.

Good news!Scott is out of the hospital and back to work!My son firmy believe St.John of San Francisco helped heal him.Mildred is also out of the hospital,but still is in need of prayer.
On a sadder note,the servant of God Valery,aformer parishoner,cut his leg badly with a chainsaw at his summer cottage in Northern Michigan.Prayers are requested for him.

Glory to God and His Saints for Scott's return to health!
Prayers to Saint Nektarios for Mildred..that her problems may ease up and continuously disappear, so that she may praise God through His saints all the days of her life, and prayers for Valery, that his terrible wound will heal:
The offspring of Selyvria and the guardian of Aegina,
the true friend of virtue who appeared in the last years.
We faithful honour thee as a Godly servant of Christ,
for thou pourest forth healings of all kinds for those who piously cry out:

Prayers of gratitude for the restoration of Scott's health. Prayers for Mildred's health, that she recover fully and that God grant her many years. Prayers as well for Valery, that his wounds be healed, that he be restored to the fulness of health, and that God grant him many years.

Update:Scott goes in for an operation tommorrow which,God willing,will enable him to continue to lead a relatively normal life.Prayers would be appreciated.
