The nation wide Stand Up event, the third in a series, is being held today across the country. Most churches seem to be ignoring it. I was wondering who plans to attend today October 20? Let's share our experiences.

Well, if any are holding these events in our local area, I'll be happy to show up to something. Although I think the reason why most churches seem to ignore it, is that after the latest polls, they're confident that Romney may wind up winning in November.
EDIT: Looking at the Eparchy of Parma website, they have a Faith Formation today, in Flushing, MI, not sure how far away that is from you. They may have this as part of that event, not sure. Then there is a Women's Retreat as well this whole weekend. So between those, there could be opportunities for Religious Freedom prayers and Molebens. Not sure, though.

The list is on Stand Up for Religious Freedom website. Several were held in the Detroit area. I attended the event at St. Aiden's in Livonia, Mi.

1700 in Chicago, my old stomping grounds. 300 at Livonia where we attended. Let's hope we can end Obama's reign of soft tyranny.

1700 in Obummer's hometown. Shows that Chicago has changed their tune since 4 years ago. Let's hope we can see that "Sea of Red" flow throughout the country. Not only do we need Obama dethroned, but we also need to retain the majority in the House, but also shift a majority in the Senate as well, if we want Obamacare and the HHS mandate successfully repealed to its crumbly core.
