Do you mean have the Jack booted American Gestapo arrested me? The answer is no.
The erosion and subjugation of our freedoms is another story.
How much are you paying for gasoline? The prices have doubled and the Energy sec'y wants the prices to approach European levels. Removing that much spending power from the wallets of the citizenry is akin to theft.
The climate change hoax is about to be foisted on us and we will have to fork over more money in the name of saving the environment. The weather is changing but it is cyclical in nature, we are in the same weather patterns of the fifties and sixties, they will be here for a while. We will be paying additional taxes just so the clowns in Washington can say they are doing something. It is the height of hubris to think think we humans can change or influence the weather. Localized cloud seeding can be effective to promote rain, the US did that in Nam in the 60s with good effect.
The recent Fast and Furious debacle perpetrated by the BATFE and DOJ were really attempts to assault the Second Amendment. 0bama has stated during the second debate that he would outlaw certain guns. Remember, the Founding Fathers, those old dead white guys, in their brilliance realized that firearms ownership by the populace keeps the potential tyrants in check. The Second amendment is not about hunting.
Do you agree with the HHS mandate concerning contraception and abortifacients? Is that not a direct assault on all of our religious liberty?
The recent disgrace in Bengazhi was covered up by the regime, only Fox news has pursued it. Four great Americans died while this regime sat on their thumbs.
The immigration issues will have a great effect on our personal liberty when the 11,000,000 plus are granted amnesty and given full benefits as citizens. The tyranny of the majority will prevail and the regime and their ilk will be empowered for some time to come. It will affect your taxes, social security and medicare as well as overwhelm the medicaid system. The greatest majority are third world unskilled peoples who have nothing to really contribute. If they were skilled and educated they could contribute greatly.
0bama has to payback the unions for their support. If he prevails in granting their wants there will be no more right to work in the US.
government wants to govern; whatever government does, it does it poorly. All you have to do is look around and you cannot help but to see how incompetent government is. When you have a government that fosters and promotes policies that run contradictory to our constitution. Or in the case of abortion promotes policies and practices that are 'malum in se' or evil in and of themselves that government looses any claim to legitimacy.
I expect by the end of 0bama's term this will be a very different country. I will work against him in any way I can, that is our moral obligation.
You need to look objectively at what is happening around us, it is not good and does not bode well for the future. It will take a lot more than prayer to overcome.

Yes, and it all started with flouride, seat belt laws and those awful warnings on cigarette packs. Now we have that Elizabeth Warren who'll tell the banks and loan companies they can't gouge the public. Perhaps we're all doomed, and need Vladimir Putin and the Third Rome to deliver us.

Interestingly enough, it's now liberals who see fluoridation, vaccination, and technology in general as the work of evil conspiracies. As for Vladimir Putin and Third Rome, just think of Obamaworld rasied to the third power, with a double dose of corruption and incompetence tossed in.

And by the way, had the GOP accepted George W. Bush's and Dick Cheney's compassionate conservatism and followed his lead on a path to citizenship, they would not have alienated otherwise culturally conservative Latinos and they would have won the last two elections. Don't forget that W took 40% of the Latino vote in 2004 and there are several million more Latino voters today. Do the math, add to the popular vote and the vote count in Florida, Virginia and Ohio and Romney is the President-elect. Unfortunately, W listened to the lesser angels of his foreign policy hawks and alienated many of us who are moderate in our politics and ideologically neutral on most things. Even Sean Hannity admitted as much on his radio show this week and conservative columnist Kathleen Parker wrote of the same in her op-ed in yesterday's Washington Post. Read "The party that doomed its nominee" http://www.washingtonpost.com/opini...4-2a9f-11e2-96b6-8e6a7524553f_story.html

Romney had a multi-million DROP in Republican votes from John McCain, of all people, from 2008. That cost him the election, and good for them.
These Republicans kept their hands in their pockets because they want a nominee that is less like a liberal, not more like one.
Then again maybe a radio entertainer like Sean Hannity is right and amnesty will bring these Republican voters back...
