My apologies, I intended this as a reply in another thread but accidentally created a new "topic" - sorry!

Dear Theist Gal,
Thanks for a broad smile this evening. I opened the thread out of sheer curiosity, since it seemed odd that you or anyone would start a thread for the sole purpose of asking the Administrator to stop the same thread!
If it's any consolation, when I was a child there was a funny toy which consisted of a battery-powered black box, a bit bigger than a man's fist. The box had a switch on one side. If someone turned the switch on, the box would jiggle up and down for a minute or two, whereupon the cover would open and a sickly-looking green hand (plastic, I suppose) would emerge from the box, turn the switch off again, and fall back into the box, which would close over the hand.
That's all there was to it - a gadget which did nothing but turn itself off! They sold by the thousands.

Actually, the post was moved to it's intended thread and the message was to delete this thread so we wouldn't post about a non thread. biggrin Though given the nature of some of the threads lately a nice open topic like this is refreshing! biggrin

A totally non-threadening thread! wink

So different from other threads.

It may become a tapestry! smile

Or, maybe, a ball of yarn! biggrin

This thread reminds me of a Jerry Seinfeld episode...but I can't remember which one.

Is that bad? :p

Now, don't we all know that TV shows are all balls of yarns? :p

Maybe you couldn't see the thread because you were looking at the tapestry? :p

Or were you looking for your ball of yarn? :p

I just want to let everyone know how much this thread has meant to me.

And as my grandma used to say - I'm not just spinning yarn.

I just discovered this thread - just hanging here - but it looks like it is unraveling.
