My dear adopted son has been given 3-4 months. The only organs in his body not full of cancer are the kidneys. He is 37.
He will leave his wife Misty, they were never able to have children. His sister Christy is a spineabifida, she is 38, in nursing home care. It's going to be really hard on her. Then his grandmother and aunts.
But, they gave him 3-4 months before, saying he would be in hospice care, dying by Easter. He's not, nor has he been in hospice. He doesn't look like someone who has cancer. There is no outward sign, except he is tired!

Also, due to all of this their home was reposed ( can't think of the word). Now they ate scurrying about to get his wife into a better situation. They are looking at an older trailer in good shape, they can buy with minimal cost, and fix up. Without his income hers will be low, as she works at a Waffle House.

Today is his last chemo, it is with something they call the 'red devil'. It is used as a last drug for breast cancer patients. Yesterday evening he was very tired. God truly has him marching to the beat of His drum, not that of the world.
He says he is ready, and at peace with passing. Misty isn't there yet. They have been together since she was sixteen.
She took care of her mom, and lost her to cancer when she was twenty. Her dad was killed in a tragic car wreck. She said funny thing was he abused drugs, alcohol, her and her mom, and died in an accident while working, stone sober.
