Please keep my sister in your prayers for emotional healing from depression and anxiety, for Jesus to help her in her studies, to open up doors in front of her and bring fresh life into her soul and to trust in Jesus again. thank you

There is nothing like repeating the Name of Jesus over and over again to bring the sunshine back into one's life!

We just have to keep it up and after a while we'll forget what we were upset about.

We will just want to repeat that Adorable Name.

At night, when sleep alludes me I try repeating His Name actually I sing His Name in my head to a melody. Somehow, I never know when but I do fall asleep smile

Dear Kolya,

This is how the monastics of old would lull themselves to sleep! They would repeat the Jesus Prayer until they would nod off and their hearts would continue praying it until morning. They would wake up refreshed but also feeling sanctified as their minds and hearts were occupied with the prayer in their own way all night.

Cheers, Alex
