Words from Kathy: “We thank God for the abundance of food He provides, but do we eat a Christ-inspired diet? We know Jesus was a fan of loaves and fishes, but what can we learn from His food choices?”

What Would Jesus Eat presented by Kathy Gillen - Your Real Food Coach, focuses on a diet described in Holy Scripture. Often referred to as the Mediterranean Diet, the class will look at the foods that Martha and Mary may have served Our Lord. Participants will receive valuable health related information and learn to feel God’s presence in their food choices.
