Same thing.

This time, in front of our local Dunkin Donuts shoppe, which is owned by a nice Catholic lady. Gave out some literature and got to speak to a few people.

If I do this again this summer, I think I will be a little more proactive in asking people if they are Catholic. This was my first time and I didn't know exactly how to do public ministry like this.

And I didn't want to offend anyone either!

Nobody. Because Francis of Assisi didn't say those words. grin

No, because as I said, A.) I wasn't looking for confrontation B.) I wasn't sure exactly how to approach people C.) none that I recognized came by the table.

I have spoken with Muslims before. The interesting thing I heard in at least one conversation with a college age Muslim girl is that they apparently don't have a concept of sin. Or maybe she just didn't know her faith very well.

I think they reject original (ancestral) sin, but have an understanding of actual sin.

That's my understanding as well. Thus, they have no concept of "salvation" from sin, only reward and punishment (although a faithful Muslim can recieve forgiveness).
