I never heard of St. Vladimir's Church in Warren, MI, and I loved in the Detroit area 27 years up until last June.

Er, that was I LIVED in the Detroit area, not loved😀. Well, I did love my wife, children, and flocks while there.
But I recently came across some writing in Russian which states that the New Martyr Bishop Gorazd of Prague founded 6 or 7 parishes among Czech and Slovak Americans during a visit here in the 1920' s. I wonder if these weren't Western Rite parishes and if they didn't eventually join the Polish National Church or some other Old Catholic formation. Perhaps someone out there knows something.
I've also searched for years for information about the Finnish Orthodox mission in Upper Michigan. It existed from the mid 50's to mid 60' s. So far, I only know that one priest is supposed to have served four mission stations there. He was under the jurisdiction of Bishop Bohdan of the Ukrainian church.

Saint Michael Byzantine Catholic Church in Allentown, PA Saints Peter and Paul Byzantine Catholic Church in Palmerton, PA https://www.byzcath.org/allentown/These parishes shared a priest for decades. However, both are currently inactive since there are no priests available, with no services or activity at all. No word as to whether a priest will be assigned again or if the churches will be closed. The website is still maintained and has updates whenever available.

The latest post is over two years old, and this is not a good way to collect information. You need more than a volunteer. You need process that is much more automated. You list is sufficiently out of date as to render it not very useful or reliable.
