So far I've only skimmed the 29 page Program [nasranifoundation.org], but it looks like an interesting conference.

Is there much Maronite involvement as well?

There is Maronite involvement. Last year, His Beatitude the Patriarch attended as well!
I didn't see many Maronites on the videos this year, however.

I searched online but could not verify. So does anyone know - is this conference associated with the colloquy of the various Churches of the Syriac Traditions by the Pro Oriente Foundation? The impetus of that particular colloquy (which has met several times in the past 2 decades as well) is the common doctrinal importance of Petrine primacy affirmed by the member Churches. Naturally, that colloquy includes the Latin Catholic Church, as well.

Blessings

You can hit here to know more about SEERI and its objectives

http://www.seeri.org/

Its prime focus is on syriac language and literature. The world conference is more academic in nature.(And of course it brings in different churches in one place)

Last year there was syriac music festival
