SLAVA ISUSU CHRISTU!
Just wanted to let everyone know that this is my parish's website.
If you click on the "HOME" button, you will be able to see fotos of the church as well as the fotos from the recent ordiantion of Deacon Tony Kotlar who is responsible for putting the website together.
I hope you all will enjoy it!
S'Bohom!

Warmest congratulations to Father Deacon Antony and to the parish for the magnificent accomplishment of making the Archieraticon available on computer. All I have to do now is figure out how to download it to my own computer. Now can we hope for three more pieces of work - presumably from someone else:
a) make the existing Ukrainian edition available on computer, b) make the Greek edition available on computer, and c) produce an English translation! Again, abundant thanks and prayers of gratitude. Incognitus

Mark, did the Passiac Eparchy send their diaconate candidates to the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Baltimore Seminary or did they have their own Eparchial diaconate study program?

Ung-Certez,
Passaic has its own program and uses I believe the Seminary of the Philadelphia Latin Archdiocese for the summer resident portion.

Dave,
This is not the entire Archieratikon. It stops at page 208, out of near 400 pages.

Adam,
I noticed that after I posted. They list all the pages but stop after the Liturgy of the Presanctified. I am guessing, though, that they intend to add everything at a later date. So far, though, the work they did is wonderful!

Is there anywhere published an English translation of the archieratikon? I'm especially interested in reading the order for consecrating chrism.

No one has yet published an English translation of the Ruthenian Archieraticon. However, an English translation of the Niconian order for the consecration of Holy Chrism appears in John Glen King, *The Rites and Ceremonies of the Greek Church in Russia*. Incognitus

We used St. Pius X Seminary in Dalton, PA, for the 2 week residential portion of our 4 year program. St. Pius is in the jurisdiction of the Diocese of Scranton.

To be specific, the Eparchy used the physical facilities of the Roman Catholic Seminary in Dalton, PA. This would include the campus, classrooms, dorms, cafeteria, etc.
However, the instructors for the deacon candidates were Byzantine Ruthenian priests and deacons of the Eparchy of Passaic. The training received by the candidates was 100% Eastern.
