Yes Orthodox Catholic, I'm named after St Didymus the Blind. It may be of interest to you that he is also venerated as a saint by some Eastern Orthodox churches and is included in the Prologue of Ochrid.
You're correct that Pope St Dioscorus was not condemned at Chalcedon however he was condemned later by certain councils. It's good to hear that some Eastern parishes are no longer condemning Oriental saints publicly.

I see no reason why any church should be required to accept any councils which they have not traditionally held. As others have stated, the importance is in the unity of faith. The Armenian Apostolic Orthodox Church has stated that it sees later councils as merely being local and thus not relevant to it.
