I just bought the four-volume set of Gospel commentaries by St. Theophylact of Ochrid, translated from the Greek. I can't put them down.

I've begun to use them as my preparation for Sunday Liturgy's Gospel reading.

Where can I purchase a Byzantine Greek Catholic (Ruthenian) catechism? I am new in the faith (I am Roman Catholic).

Yes, it's called "Light for Life," and we sell them for $12.00 each at the following link to our online catalog.

Yes, I highly recommend the Light for Life catechism series. It comes in three volumes. It is a must have in every Byzantine Catholic (of any jurisdictions) home.

Does anyone know where I can get a reasonably priced copy of the Prologue from Ohrid?

Nelson,

Not sure what you call reasonable, but there's currently a 2 volume set on ebay at $120 plus shipping (I've seen offers for one of the two volumes at almost that much - so ... )

here [ebay.com]

Btw, I've purchased from the same seller twice previously through Abebooks and found them quick and reliable and books always as described.

Many years,

Neil

addendum: Lest I forget, it's also available online, from the ROCOR's Australian diocese at here [rocor.org.au]
