I have struggled with the Catholic Faith for years

Christ is Risen!!

IMHO, you're engaged with the living out of the tough demands of the Gospel. Welcome to my world. If you're not struggling with it, you're going through the motions if you're practicing at all. And at the end I like a saying from the Desert Fathers where a man says he goes to meet the Lord not sure that he has begun to live the Christian life but sure only of the Lord's mercy toward all of us.

I wish it were as you say about Mr. Coren!

The "objective faux pas" he is guilty of is his year-long public defence of Catholic teaching when throughout he was attending Anglican services.

In addition to spiritual struggles, he obviously has a big issue with integrity . . .

I attended Night school does that count? Credits mostly in humanities though. Very little in regards to S.T.E.M.

I was once invited to join a knightly order. But going around in fancy robes isn't my thing.

Better to join a Third Order!

Besides being insufferably unpleasant, Michael Coren apparently suffers from some kind of religious indecision and terrific lack of judgment. I think this is his third trip into and out of Catholicism. You can only reject your entire world view so many times before you start looking foolish. No one can really look to him as a credible thinker any more.

Amen!

He used to have a radio segment that was called "Coren-ucopia."
