Hello, upon discernment decided to again to do the 33 day consecration of St. Louis de Montfort. If you are not familiar you can visit links here https://www.fisheaters.com/totalconsecrationmontfort.html or http://totalconsecration.ageofmary.com/

During the consecration you are to pray various prayers depending on the themes of that week. My question is the following.
Does anyone have any suggestions for prayers/spiritual exercises that are Eastern Catholic/Orthodox for the weekly themes?

My idea so far was to do an akathist daily and possibly paraklesis.

The framework is
12 days Preparation Casting/Emptying the Spirit of the World
7 days Knowledge of ourselves
7 days Knowledge of Our Lady
7 days Knowledge of Our Lord Jesus
34th day is Consecration

For Knowledge of Our Lord and Our Lady it is rather easy to find akathists. Though knowledge of Ourselves and Emptying the Spirit of the World is very challenging finding prayers for. My only thought was reading the psalms and increasing the number of Jesus prayers like the pilgrim did in the hut. Any suggestions, opinions, thoughts, or insights would be very much appreciated.

Thank You,

If anyone has questions about Marian Consecration books can be of some help.

In the past did consecration before with the following books

Total Consecration to Mary-Militia of the Immaculata.
My Ideal Jesus, Son of Mary by Fr. Emil Neubert he was a Marianist
New Montfortian Consecration Handbook by Fr. Hugh Gillespe

All three books are Amazing, life changing, and very cheap.

Own God Alone-The collected works of St. Louis de Montfort. Volume I
Own Totus Tuus-A Consecration to Jesus Through Mary with Blessed John Paul II by Fr. Brian McMaster

Skimmed/Partially prayed 33 days to Morning Glory by Fr. Michael E. Gaitley
