Sara Kathren, a most precious little girl, six years old, from our parrish will have feeding tube surgery this morning.

She made it through the surgery ok. I've tried copy her moms post from yesterday, it's awesome, for you to read.

Retts doesn't affect boys. These little girls usually go home to the Lord between 8&10 years of age. She is so amazing, she wants to get behind the Altar (she doesn't understand) but she spends a lot of the DL, standing in front of the Theotokos making little bows, and crossing herself, as best she can.

Her mom and dad have formed the Suki Foundation, Marie speaks at conferences, and they work hard raising funds for research. SUKI [sukifoundation.org]
