Since the Old Calendar Church New Year falls on the same day as Rosh Hashanah, perhaps Kosher food would be in order? (or "on order?")

Happy New Year! (The Ethiopian calendar celebrates the new year on September 11th I believe - but they are seven years behind us . . .)
